• Senior PR Account Executive - BPG UAE

This isn’t a just a classroom program. Sure, there will be in house and guest faculty sessions to reboot all selected candidates with BPG’s unique ‘Integrated by Intent’ thinking and delivery with Digital First, you’ll be working from Day one on live client briefs, learning from agency leaders, and developing in your core area — while gaining exposure to BPG’s full-service ecosystem.

Your challenge – write the creative brief you’d give your team. Find the tension. Define the opportunity. Frame the real problem. Include a campaign platform or creative springboard. 200 words max. No fluff. Just smart, human thinking.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Creative AI Producer (BPG Kuwait)?

Then build a campaign without ever touching a camera. Create a full-funnel product launch campaign using only Al tools. The product can be anything you want. A phone. A fragrance. A fictional cola.
You choose. But you must include:
◦ A hero video (with Al-generated visuals and voiceover)
◦ A social post (image + caption)
◦ A campaign name or tagline
We're not just judging style. We're judging storytelling, craft, and how far you can push the tools. Use everything at your disposal: image generation, voice cloning, motion tools, music, typography, editing.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Senior PR Account Executive (BPG UAE)?

Then show us. Imagine you've been hired to run a PR campaign for the world's most unremarkable paperclip. It's not gold, not sustainable, not even a clever new design. Just a standard silver paperclip. Now show us what that whole campaign would look like. Include your strategy, think of headline-worthy story angles or hooks and show us a glimpse of how you'd write a press release. Influencers needed? Show us who, how and why. You're the expert, let your word speak for you.

What You’ll Earn

Compensation is competitive and role-specific, aligned to market benchmarks and adjusted after the program based on performance and placement.

Eligibility

To be eligible, candidates must:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Have less than 5 years of full-time professional experience
• Be lateral problem solvers. And in true problem solving style, you will need to respond to a specific brief, to be considered for one of these assignments.

Duration

BPG NXT is a full-time role from day one.
The program includes a 4-month structured onboarding experience, running from September to December 2025, designed to accelerate your growth, sharpen your skills, and set you up for long-term success at BPG.
