Account Manager / PR & Communications

As we have been growing our client base and service offerings recently, we are looking for an Account Manager / PR & Communications to join our energized team in Riyadh.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily operational activities within the PR & Communications team, reporting to senior leadership. This role demands a proactive approach, robust management capabilities, and a commitment to nurturing strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take full ownership of client relationships and accounts, ensuring proactive communications regarding ongoing activities, and maintaining a deep understanding of the clients’ business, industry, goals and ambitions in order to provide insightful consultancy, advice and recommendations
• Actively participate in account planning, setting meeting agendas and contribute to the development and execution of client initiatives.
• Ability to draft compelling project proposals and identify new opportunities and solutions for current clients.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights. Effectively convey complex data and findings to clients in an understandable manner.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers. Pitch stories, press releases, and media opportunities to secure positive media coverage for clients. Monitor media coverage, track industry trends, and provide media analysis and insights to clients.
• Engage in broader agency creative brainstorms, applying innovative thinking to all assigned tasks and projects.
• Generate engaging content and ideas that align with client objectives, demonstrating a strong passion for effective storytelling.
• Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations from comprehensive data analysis, moving beyond standard reporting. Ability to identify emerging market trends, to assess opportunities for clients.
• Lead and coordinate across the wider agency to deliver integrated communications campaigns.
• Contribute significantly to new business development, including lead identification, research for proposals and proposal creation support and participating in new business pitches.
• Ability to manage client finances and budgets, invoices and estimations.
• Actively engage in training, learning and development initiatives and serve a role model for junior staff.
• Maintain and up-to-date knowledge on AI advancements and explore its practical applications within the PR and communications landscape.
