We’re looking for an Omani Copywriter with sharp thinking, local insight, and a natural flair for language to join our embedded creative team in Muscat, Oman. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving unit working closely with the client’s in-house marketing team, crafting copy that connects, inspires, and represents the voice of modern Oman.
From campaign headlines to social captions, from scripts to everyday content, you’ll help shape ideas that feel authentically Omani, written with personality, wit, and cultural relevance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Write and adapt copy for campaigns, digital, social, and internal communication channels.
• Translate brand messages into clear, creative, and emotionally resonant language.
• Craft short and long-form content that reflects Omani tone and culture, both in formal Arabic and colloquial local styles.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to build concepts that live seamlessly across media.

• A midweight Copywriter with 5+ years of experience in advertising, content creation, or brand communication.
• Exceptional writing skills with an instinct for rhythm, tone, and cultural authenticity.
• Ability to think conceptually and contribute to campaign ideas, not just execution.
• Fast, adaptable, and reliable. Able to handle multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.
• Collaborative, approachable, and full of personality. A creative partner, not just a writer.
• Comfortable working in an embedded client environment and representing agency standards.

We’re looking for an Omani Graphic Designer with a sharp eye, strong craft, and a digital-first mindset to join our embedded creative team in Muscat, Oman. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving unit working closely with the client’s in-house team, delivering fresh, on-brand ideas and visuals that move quickly from concept to execution. From Great design to AI image generation to motion-led storytelling, you’ll help redefine what modern Omani design looks like, rooted in heritage, yet made for the future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create design assets across digital, social, print, and internal communication channels.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visuals that are both strategic and visually distinct.
• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to develop and adapt campaigns.
• Take briefs, crack them, and bring them to life with visual clarity and craft.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently, internally and to clients.

• A versatile portfolio showing campaign thinking, STRONG graphic design, and an understanding of video content.
• Strong across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and motion skills are a plus.
• Working experience or strong interest in AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, Freepic, etc.
• Understanding of brand storytelling and visual systems, design for social, digital platforms, and storytelling in motion.
• Organized, dependable, and professional, with solid time management and delivery discipline.

Role
As a Group Account Director, you will hold a pivotal leadership role steering key client relationships and driving strategic communication initiatives. You will have the ability to deliver senior client counsel, inspiring a diverse team, and demonstrate robust business acumen and innovative creative vision to deliver strong results.
You will have a track record within the Corporate and B2B environment, where you can clearly articulate strategic approaches and drive measurable communication results within this sector.
