A relationship builder, a brief interrogator, and a delivery driver.
We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who gets the big picture and sweats the small stuff. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients—keeping work on track, on budget, and most importantly, on brand. But you’re more than a project manager—you ask the right questions, shape the strategy, and push the work to be smarter and sharper.

What you’ll be doing
• Owning the day-to-day management of client projects across multiple channels
• Leading briefings, timelines, scopes, and reporting with clarity and control
• Building trusted client relationships by being proactive, responsive, and insightful
• Contributing to strategic thinking, spotting gaps, and adding value beyond the ask
• Working with cross-functional teams—strategy, creative, media, PR, experience, and tech
• Making sure work aligns with client goals, brand vision, and business impact
• Keeping a sharp eye on quality, timelines, and commercial health
Your Background & Expertise
• 4+ years of account management experience in an agency or marketing environment
• A strategic mindset—you connect the dots and dig into the “why” behind the “what”
• Experience across integrated campaigns, digital platforms, content, or CX
• A confident communicator who can influence, inspire, and present with ease
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, priorities, and personalities
• Fluent in English (Arabic a big plus)
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Bonus points if:
• You’ve worked on omnichannel, content marketing, or CRM campaigns
• You’ve supported pitch work or helped shape creative strategies
• You’re curious about emerging trends in tech, media, and human behaviour

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Program Manager who can turn big-picture thinking into smooth delivery. Someone who’s as comfortable aligning cross-functional teams as they are keeping projects running like clockwork.
You’ll be a hands-on, detail-loving, people-first leader who knows how to guide integrated teams—from strategy and creative to experience and tech—towards clear goals and high standards. If you’re part project whisperer, part strategic problem-solver, and thrive in fast-moving, multi-disciplinary environments, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading complex, integrated programs across digital, experience, and content
• Translating business objectives into clearly scoped, resourced, and actionable delivery plans
• Managing scope, timelines, and budgets—while keeping work creatively ambitious and strategically sharp
• Collaborating with Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams to keep delivery seamless and aligned
• Building trust with clients through transparency, clarity, and strong program governance
• Driving consistent communication across all teams—ensuring expectations are clear and updates are proactive
• Mentoring project managers and supporting team-wide operational excellence
• Identifying risks early and resolving them quickly—with confidence and calm
• Championing tools, processes, and workflows that improve outcomes without adding noise
Your Background & Expertise
• 7+ years of digital project management, ideally within an agency or consultancy
• Proven track record of leading multi-stream, cross-functional programs from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of both agile and traditional delivery models (and when to use each)
• A clear, structured communicator with great instincts for people and process
• High EQ, excellent negotiation skills, and a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Financially fluent—confident with forecasting, tracking, and budget management
• Familiar with MarTech stacks, digital production, content platforms, UX/UI principles
• Experience in working with marketing and media teams across performance and brand campaigns

We’re looking for an English Copywriter who’s ready to grow fast, think big, and write smart. Someone who’s full of ideas, sharp with words, and knows great copy doesn’t just happen—it’s crafted and built.
You’ll be writing across formats—from punchy social to campaign films, brand platforms to content strategy. You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving creative team that values strong thinking, clean execution, and work that actually makes people feel something.
What you’ll be doing:
• Writing clear, compelling, brand-right copy across digital, film, OOH, social and more
• Supporting concept development, campaign thinking, and creative problem-solving
• Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and strategists
• Pitching in on presentations, research, and creative reviews
• Taking feedback in stride and applying it to make the work better
• Staying tuned into culture, trends, and how language is evolving both locally and globally
Your Background & Expertise
• 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio that shows solid range, voice, and versatility
• A strong sense of tone, structure, and narrative flow
• Ability to adapt across brands and formats with confidence
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

• A visual thinker with hands-on craft across formats
