As we have been growing our client base and service offerings recently, we are looking for a driven, collaborative and qualified Senior Graphic Designer to join our energized team remotely.

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings big ideas to life through beautiful, purposeful design. If you think conceptually, obsess over the details, and thrive on turning creative briefs into eye-catching, meaningful work — this role is for you.
Working remotely as part of a fast-paced regional team, you'll craft high-impact visuals across a range of platforms — from digital and social to brand identity, campaigns, and presentations. You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, marketers, and motion designers to ensure every piece of work not only looks good — but works.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the design and execution of creative across digital, social, and print formats.
• Develop and evolve brand identities and visual systems.
• Translate strategic and conceptual thinking into bold, polished creative assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure seamless execution.
• Balance creativity with attention to brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Contribute to team brainstorms and present your work with confidence.
• Stay ahead of design and visual trends — and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a standout portfolio across multiple formats.
• Proven experience working on financial services, banking, or fintech brands.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to tell stories visually.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, After Effects or other motion tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setup.
• A passion for design that blends creativity with clarity and purpose.

We’re looking for an English Copywriter who’s ready to grow fast, think big, and write smart. Someone who’s full of ideas, sharp with words, and knows great copy doesn’t just happen—it’s crafted and built.

You’ll be writing across formats—from punchy social to campaign films, brand platforms to content strategy. You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving creative team that values strong thinking, clean execution, and work that actually makes people feel something.

What you’ll be doing:
• Writing clear, compelling, brand-right copy across digital, film, OOH, social and more
• Supporting concept development, campaign thinking, and creative problem-solving
• Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and strategists
• Pitching in on presentations, research, and creative reviews
• Taking feedback in stride and applying it to make the work better
• Staying tuned into culture, trends, and how language is evolving both locally and globally

Your Background & Expertise
• 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio that shows solid range, voice, and versatility
• A strong sense of tone, structure, and narrative flow
• Ability to adapt across brands and formats with confidence
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if:
• You’ve worked on integrated campaigns or supported pitch work
• You’re comfortable bouncing between execution and big-picture thinking
• You care as much about clean decks and smooth flow as you do about killer headlines

• Creating everything from scratch: design, motion, stills, and video
• Working across the Adobe Suite and the AI tools of the now
• Shooting, editing, and making content that actually cuts through
• Thinking like a one-person studio (but collaborating like a pro)
• Staying ahead of trends and bringing that energy into the work
• Collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and producers to bring big ideas to life

Your Background & Expertise
• A visual thinker with hands-on craft across formats
• A solid portfolio that shows us what you have been up to for the past 5 years.
• Self-sufficient, but plays well with others
• Obsessed with making, not just ideating
• Knows how to get it done, and done well
• A genuine love for design, culture, and new tools
