Job Description:
We are looking for a driven, collaborative and qualified Creative Arabic Copywriter based in Riyadh to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Write and adapt copy for campaigns, digital, social, and internal communication channels.
• Translate brand messages into clear, creative, and emotionally resonant language.
• Craft short and long-form content that reflects regional tone and culture, both in formal Arabic and colloquial local styles.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to build concepts that live seamlessly across media.
• Work closely with the client to respond quickly to day-to-day briefs, announcements, and campaigns.
• Review and refine copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Build and structure presentation decks with strong narrative flow and clear storytelling, ensuring ideas come across with clarity and impact.
• Support in developing campaign concepts and creative presentations.
• Bring speed, energy, and positivity to the creative process, from idea to delivery.
• Stay tuned to local trends, language shifts, and cultural nuances to keep the brand voice fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong command of Arabic and English, and the ability to switch dialects and tones between formal, conversational, and playful.
• A midweight Copywriter with 5+ years of experience in advertising, content creation, or brand communication.
• Exceptional writing skills with an instinct for rhythm, tone, and cultural authenticity.
• Ability to think conceptually and contribute to campaign ideas, not just execution.
• Fast, adaptable, and reliable. Able to handle multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.
• Collaborative, approachable, and full of personality. A creative partner, not just a writer.
• Comfortable working in an embedded client environment and representing agency standards.
• Familiarity with digital tools, social trends, or experience using AI-assisted writing or content generation tools.

Role Overview
The Associate Media Director will lead end-to-end media planning across digital and offline channels, ensuring integrated, insight-led strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, client leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective, data-driven media solutions while managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Planning
• Lead the development of integrated media strategies across digital, OOH, TV, radio, print, cinema, and experiential
• Translate client business objectives into clear media frameworks, channel roles, and KPI hierarchies
• Own annual planning, quarterly phasing, and campaign-level planning across multiple brands or accounts
• Ensure alignment between offline reach drivers and digital performance outcomes

Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a senior planning lead and day-to-day strategic partner for clients
• Present media strategies, rationale, and performance insights confidently to senior client stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with buying, performance, data, content, and creative teams
• Support business growth through upsell opportunities, scope expansion, and strategic value-add Digital & Offline Expertise
• Strong command over digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, Search, Retail Media)
• Deep understanding of offline media planning (OOH formats, TV GRPs, radio day-parting, print readership)
• Ensure channel role clarity and effective budget distribution across the full media mix
• Guide teams on audience strategy, reach vs frequency trade-offs, and incremental planning

Performance, Measurement & Optimization
• Define measurement frameworks including KPIs, benchmarks, attribution approach, and learning agendas
• Interpret performance data and translate it into clear insights and optimization recommendations
• Partner with analytics teams on post-campaign analysis, dashboards, and effectiveness studies
• Ensure learnings are fed back into future planning cycles

Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Manage, mentor, and develop planners and senior planners
• Ensure planning outputs are high-quality, consistent, and strategically sound
• Drive best practices, templates, and planning standards across the team
• Support talent development, performance reviews, and training initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of media planning experience within a media agency environment
• Proven expertise in both digital and offline media planning
• Strong understanding of GCC media landscapes and regional audience dynamics
• Experience handling large or complex accounts across multiple markets
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify data into actionable insights
• Leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on automotive, retail, FMCG, or large enterprise clients
• Exposure to econometrics, MMM, attribution models, or incrementality testing
• Experience working with performance-led planning frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of agency financials

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily operational activities within the PR & Communications team, reporting to senior leadership. This role demands a proactive approach, robust management capabilities, and a commitment to nurturing strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take full ownership of client relationships and accounts, ensuring proactive communications regarding ongoing activities, and maintaining a deep understanding of the clients’ business, industry, goals and ambitions in order to provide insightful consultancy, advice and recommendations
• Actively participate in account planning, setting meeting agendas and contribute to the development and execution of client initiatives.

About the Role
The Secretary to the President (BPG Lower Gulf) & Office Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President while ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the BPG Lower Gulf office. This role combines executive support, office coordination, employee engagement, and internal communications, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and senior leadership team.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and support leadership priorities.
• Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant when required.

Office Coordination & Operations
