Got a way with words?
We’re looking for an English Copywriter who’s ready to grow fast, think big, and write smart. Someone who’s full of ideas, sharp with words, and knows great copy doesn’t just happen—it’s crafted and built.

You’ll be writing across formats—from punchy social to campaign films, brand platforms to content strategy. You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving creative team that values strong thinking, clean execution, and work that actually makes people feel something.

What you’ll be doing:
• Writing clear, compelling, brand-right copy across digital, film, OOH, social and more
• Supporting concept development, campaign thinking, and creative problem-solving
• Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and strategists
• Pitching in on presentations, research, and creative reviews
• Taking feedback in stride and applying it to make the work better
• Staying tuned into culture, trends, and how language is evolving both locally and globally

Your Background & Expertise
• 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
• A portfolio that shows solid range, voice, and versatility
• A strong sense of tone, structure, and narrative flow
• Ability to adapt across brands and formats with confidence
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if:
• You’ve worked on integrated campaigns or supported pitch work
• You’re comfortable bouncing between execution and big-picture thinking
• You care as much about clean decks and smooth flow as you do about killer headlines

Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for an Art Director — someone who can think conceptually, design beautifully, and lead visually with confidence. You’ll be a core part of our creative team in an agency that values big thinking and even better doing.
This role blends graphic design, art direction, and creative strategy — with a strong focus on visual storytelling. You should be confident crafting brand identities, campaign platforms, and big ideas that translate seamlessly across digital, traditional, and social media.
This role is for someone who sees the big picture, understands how to communicate visually across platforms, and rolls up their sleeves to make things happen.
You will be the right hand for the Creative Director, a partner with a brilliant copywriter, a confidant for your fellow designers, and a guide for our motion graphic designer and editor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conceptualise and design integrated campaigns for digital, traditional, and social media
• Create brand assets, campaign visuals, and high-level design systems
• Develop and manage social media calendars, toolkits, and content rollouts
• Build moodboards and look-and-feel explorations that guide campaign direction
• Work closely with the creative, strategy, and client servicing teams
• Present ideas clearly and confidently — internally and to clients
• Take briefs, crack them, and bring them to life with visual clarity and craft
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and creative technologies

What We’re Looking For:
• 8+ years of experience in a creative or advertising agency
• A versatile portfolio showing campaign thinking, STRONG graphic design, and an understanding of video content.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
• Understanding of brand storytelling, identity systems, and social-first design
• Working experience or strong interest in AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, Freepic, etc.
• Understanding of brand storytelling and visual systems
• A passion for getting things done — from concept to final execution
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative, can-do mindset
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, photography, Figma, and practical knowledge of video: shooting, lighting, editing, colour grading
