Two highly-loved and iconic Hardee’s sandwiches had been off the menu for years, while consumer demand and nostalgia continued to grow across the region.

Solution

Hardee’s reintroduced the Roast Beef and Chicken Ranch through a storytelling-led campaign built on humour, indulgence, and playful obsession, using the cheeky line “Sorry, we’re back!” to dramatize their long-awaited return.

The campaign reinforced Hardee’s bold, unapologetic brand positioning, re-engaged loyal fans, and brought back two fan-favorite sandwiches with renewed relevance across digital, social, and OOH platforms.
