From working with Dubai’s first major malls, including Al Ghurair Centre and Bur Juman, to one of the world’s largest malls – The Dubai Mall – we have helped establish shopping malls as key public spaces in the UAE and beyond. Our partnerships have extended to market-leading retail developments in Kuwait and Qatar, such as The Avenues, Al Kout Mall, 360 Kuwait, Jamjoom Mall Jeddah and The Mall of Qatar, besides malls in Oman and Bahrain.
BPG has also been the partner of choice for retail and residential developments, from luxury to mass market segments. Our work on Emaar’s IPO and the launch of Emirates Hills helped ignite the real estate boom that has transformed the region. We have partnered with the UAE’s largest developers and property managers, including Emaar, Nakheel, Deyaar, Union Properties, DAMAC, Dubai Properties, Aldar and Wasl. We have helped communications for landmark properties, from Jumeirah Beach Residence to Dubai Waterfront and many more.
