With over two decades of experience, Stephanie excels at crafting and executing impactful communication strategies and campaigns for a broad spectrum of clients, from global brands and governments to corporations and high-profile individuals. She is adept to building and guiding high-performing teams, leading specialised practices, and contributing strategically to executive teams. Her deep expertise spans the full spectrum of communications, from reputation and repositioning management to corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, executive profiling, and crisis management. She has a proven track record across diverse sectors, including real estate, banking, financial services, consumer and destination marketing across regional and global landscapes.
Before joining BPG, Stephanie held pivotal leadership roles at Burson, Hill & Knowlton, and Weber Shandwick. Here, she led teams and provided invaluable strategic counsel to an impressive array of clients, including TECOM Group, Mastercard, Emirates NBD Bank, FAB, Standard Chartered Bank, BNY, PwC, KPMG, AW Rostamani, and Al Ghurair Investment. Earlier in her career, Stephanie honed her skills over a decade in London's financial communications arena, where she was instrumental in numerous corporate and transactional activities. This included successfully managing IPOs on multiple international exchanges, navigating complex private equity bids and contested bid battles, and overseeing significant M&A projects for FTSE and AIM-listed clients.
Stephanie launched her career as a Business Analyst at JP Morgan Chase in New York and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and Marketing.
