Sultan is a Business Director at BPG and an integrated communications leader with more than eight years of experience advising leading brands and organisations across the region. He specialises in developing and delivering strategic communications programmes that strengthen reputation, elevate executive visibility, and create meaningful engagement across corporate and destination sectors. At BPG, Sultan works closely with clients to shape compelling narratives, lead high-performing teams, and deliver integrated campaigns that combine strategic insight with measurable business impact.
Before joining BPG, Sultan led communications for TECOM Group — including its portfolio of 10 business districts — as well as Dubai Holding Asset Management for over four years, helping to strengthen brand reputation and maximise visibility at the local, regional, and international levels.
Earlier in his career, he managed a portfolio of high-profile clients including Lincoln, Coca-Cola, The Executive Council of Dubai, Emirates Post, Uber, Ford, and Twitter. He has helped deliver multiple award-winning campaigns, including The Good Store, which received six MEPRA Awards, and The Knowledge Cube, which secured a Guinness World Record.
