Darna App Experience Design 

Building awareness, increasing downloads and driving engagement.

Challenge: In 2022, Darna Rewards by Aldar underwent a complete face lift and relaunch. But enhancing user experience for the program was key in its relaunch. As a partner in launching the new app BPG had to revamp the loyalty program in a way that is user-friendly and engaging for customers.

Solution: By employing a mobile-first design approach, BPG ensured the new app and website were intuitive and accessible. The strategy included comprehensive wireframes, UI/Design, and rigorous testing, emphasizing a seamless customer journey

Results: The revamp resulted in a rejuvenated loyalty experience, with a new earn and redeem strategy designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
